Support Our BACKPACKS OF LOVE PROGRAM

It’s that time of year again! Time to kick off this year’s Backpacks of Love Program, a program that gives local area children in need a new backpack and school supplies to start the school year. By lending your support, you’re doing more than donating supplies — you’re giving hope to families facing tough times and showing children that their community believes in them. 

Let’s come together to empower young minds and make a lasting impact, one backpack at a time.

The Camp Love Foundation is collecting classroom materials for its Backpacks of Love supplies drive. Requested supplies include pencils, crayons, scissors, erasers, folders, glue sticks, rulers, notebooks, calculators, and more.

An estimated 42% of Cuyhaoga County households struggle to afford Ohio’s cost of living, according to a report by Ohio United Way. For families on a tight budget, school supplies can represent a significant expense, both at the start of the school year and after, when it comes time for students to replenish used materials.
